So, complete lack of updating in any informative kind of way!
Wales was fun [see pics below cut!], and relaxing after we got over the intial disappointment.
Life is going well, although work's a bit of a bind...this is relieved by [so far] two lunches with new friend Terri, who is much fun, so yay!
Made descision to write to Tara and air my concerns about our friendship in an as non-accusatory way as possible.
Hoped my corset and boots would arrive today, but nothing so far, so maybe Monday :)
Have ideas for Simon's birthday...I know it's not til next July, but as it's his 30th I want to make it special, so much planning in advance!

Simon being silly for the camera!

Simon behaving for the camera! [I have this one at my desk at work!]

Me and Simon at Caernarfon Castle.

Godsdamnit a 30th bday! ooohhh I remember those days... thems was good days, we had it good back then in the 1930's ;)
Jus remember we chaps like to be reminded how young we are, not how old we is ;)
:P
As you can see, I am getting much better at having my picture taken, so there could be posibilities come xmas!!
Yes, he will be 30 next year, and I shall be 25...eeep! But I shouldn't imagine Simon will too displeased by turning 30, as I'm hoping to raise the funds [mostly be saving hard, and by any donations I can scrounge from friends and family] to buy him a digital SLR, as he does miss the faffing he used to do with his film SLR. Would be grateful for any suggestions you could provide on best models etc...
Also, speaking of presents [and you should mention this to Wendyas well] if you pair have any presents you want to keep secret from each other, feel free to have them posted to our address. If you let us know to expect something in the post, we'll keep an eye out for it, and even wrap it for you!!
If you want, any presents expected from family in SA etc can be posted care of our address too, to save you trying to cart them up on the train.
Entirely up to you, but the option is there if you want to use it :)
As for a digital slr. Excellent pressie that.
Sadly the cheapest ones are Canon models. Now I cannot condone the purchasing of a Canon camera. But you're looking at around £600 for a starter digital slr these days. Maybe less I'll keep my eyes open. Does he have a preference for any particular makes?
Looking forward to seeing you guys!!
